What will I be tested for?
You will be tested for over 250 items, mostly food and drink, including the ‘main culprits’; such as wheat, dairy, gluten, egg, yeast and caffeine. There is also a selection of ‘E numbers’ in the form of artificial sweeteners, food colourings, preservatives, emulsifiers and sequestrants, plus a few airborne items, such as mixed pollen and house dust mite. A vitamin, mineral and digestive enzyme range is also included.
