There is no such thing as a silly question when it comes to food intolerances. Therefore, I welcome any questions you may have.

Below are some typical questions I have been asked in the past. If you do not find the answers you need here, please get in touch.
Q. How accurate is the test?
A. The test has been given an industry rating of 75-80% accurate. The test must also be completed in conjunction with the Elimination Diet, which is 100% accurate.

Q. Should I eat any of the foods I think I'm intolerant to before the test?
A. No, this is not necessary.

Q. Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?
A. Yes, although you will be asked personal questions about your diet and lifestyle.

Q. Should I stop taking any current medication I am on?
A. No, you should continue to take medication and/or supplements as normal.

Q. Do you do home-visit appointments?
A. Yes, I may be able to test you at home. This service is usually saved for the elderly, young children and group or family bookings, but I may be able to accommodate depending on your location and circumstances. An additional cost may apply.

Q. Is the test suitable for children?
A. Yes, however, it may be more comfortable for children under five not to be tested in a treatment room - it may be easier to test them at home and within a familiar environment.

Q. Do I have to stop eating ALL of the foods I am intolerant to?
A. If you want to get better then yes. However, it may not be forever - I will discuss this with you at your appointment.

Q. Do I have to pay before the test?
A. A deposit of £10 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is required upon completion of the test itself. You may pay in advance if you wish. Information regarding all payments will be included in your confirmation email. The deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointed time/date.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to the appointment?
A. You will be emailed a pre-test health questionnaire prior to the appointment. You will need to bring the completed form with you or email it to me 48 hours before the test. You will also be required to make me aware of any medication you are currently taking.
